If you have created a Bixex account and have been receiving different notification messages on your mail, here is how to check these notifications on Bixex.
On desktop,
- Sign in to your Bixex account
- At the right-hand corner of the homepage, you would see 4 icons namely messages, notifications, cart, and your profile image
- Click the notification icon. When you do, all your notifications would be displayed.
- Usually, if you have more than 5 notifications, you won’t be able to see them all at once, click view all to see the remaining ones.
- If after viewing your notifications, you want to delete them, click the delete icon in front of each notification.
If you are using a phone, here are the steps to view your notifications.
On your phone, open the Bixex app or go to www.bixex.com
- Sign in to your Bixex account
- Click the menu icon on the right side of the page
- Scroll down the list to locate the notifications option
- Click the option to view your notification
- If you have more than 5 notifications, click view all
- Like on desktop, you can click the delete option in front of each notification to erase them
